Washington Listens Provides Mental Health Support for Those Affected by COVID-19

If you or the people you serve are experiencing anxiety or stress related to COVID-19, Washington Listens is a free, anonymous resource available to anyone in the state. 

In partnership with several agencies statewide, Washington Listens exists to support those who are struggling with stress, anxiety and sadness. Created in response to the pandemic, Washington Listens has since been expanded to support those affected by wildfire. This program offers specialists who listen and provide local resources and other support to cope with stress. 

Washington Listens is available to any resident by call or text at 1-833-681-0211, with specialists available Monday-Friday from 9am-9pm and Saturday-Sunday from 9am-6pm. Language access services are available, and TTY may be accessed by dialing 7-1-1.
