This spring, the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) developed a video to address mis- and disinformation about COVID-19 in several languages to include in the Partner Toolkit. To ensure partners felt this video was relevant to their communities, culturally appropriate and accurately translated, DOH sought partners’ feedback through the Community Media Outreach (CMO) program. This video is now translated into 17 languages and can be found in the Messaging & Assets Dropbox here. Additional languages are being added frequently.
This video, as well as other materials addressing COVID-19 mis- and disinformation education, can be found in the Partner Toolkit. These resources are available for partners to share with their communities.
We are grateful for the feedback provided by the CMO program partners, which was valuable in the creation and translation of this informational video. We hope this resource will be useful in answering community members’ questions regarding vaccination and encouraging individuals to receive their COVID-19 vaccine.
