Community Event Planning Forum

Dear Community Partner,
Want to learn more about what it takes to host a successful vaccination clinic or online community event? Want to share your organizations’ own best practices and tips with other community partners?
Join DH this Friday, October 8th from 3-4pm PST as we discuss how to make online and in-person events inclusive, culturally appropriate and accessible! After a short presentation, we’ll have an open forum for all attendees to discuss their event challenges and successes, share tips, ask any questions you have or identify any support you need.
During this session we will:
- Present best practices for vaccination clinics and online events
- Share how DH and DOH can support you
- Spotlight resources available to you
- Hear from partners who have hosted vaccination clinics and their takeaways
