A Message from DOH: DOH Free COVID-19 Vaccine Materials Closing June 24

June 6, 2022

The Washington State Department of Health (DOH) is closing the COVID-19 Vaccine portal on June 24. This means organizations will no longer be able to readily order free COVID materials from the portal, including COVID-19 testing posters, WA Notify posters, and in-language vaccine stickers and buttons to promote COVID-19 vaccination. The portal is closing soon, and we are quickly running out of items.

COVID-19 is unpredictable and as we learn new developments daily, it is still important to encourage the community to practice COVID-19 safety to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our state. DOH strongly encourages CBO’s and DOH partners to continue advocating for COVID-19 safety in Washington by ordering materials from the online portal prior to its closing.

We want to make sure ALL DOH partners have an opportunity to order materials and encourage them to do so. Materials are available in English and Spanish, and select materials are available in 35 additional languages. Examples include WA Notify posters, testing posters, and in-language buttons and stickers as shown below. More options are available on the portal:

This portal is available for healthcare providers, businesses and other partners that are working to help address COVID-19 in Washington. You can self-register to view the online portal and order the materials at no cost prior to its closing on June 24. You can also give us your direct order by e-mailing Steph Hirsch at shirsch@cplusc.com

Together we can keep Washington’s businesses, employees, and customers protected from COVID-19.
