Community Conversation: Reaching rural communities

Hello Community partner,

Is your organization working with and reaching rural audiences, either across the state or in specific regions or cities? 

 YOU’RE INVITED: 

Join DH next Friday, October 22^nd from 2:30-3:30pm PST as we facilitate an open forum for you to share your successes in reaching rural communities, unpack the challenges you’ve experienced in reaching rural areas and identify any resources that DH and DOH can provide to help support outreach to this audience.  

During this session we will facilitate a conversation about: 

·         Successes and best approach to reach rural communities 

·         Unique challenges for this outreach 

·         Additional resources needed to help support outreach

 RURAL OUTREACH SURVEY:  

DH is also conducting a survey of all our contracted partners’ rural outreach efforts. The findings will help DH identify opportunities to reach rural audiences and improve toolkit materials to better support partners’ rural outreach efforts.
