NCUIH Journey to Healthy Communities: COVID-19 Guidelines

The National Council of Urban Indian Health (NCUIH) is facilitating peer-to-peer information sharing of strategies/results through a Community of Learning (COL) series to support providers in addressing common challenges and best vaccine awareness and education practices to encourage urban American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) patients.
This series supports providers in addressing common challenges, plus best practices in vaccine awareness and education to encourage urban American Indian/Alaska Native (AI/AN) patients to get vaccinated. Objectives include increasing in knowledge of COVID-19 boosters and when to get them, increasing in knowledge of COVID-19 isolation guidelines, and increasing in knowledge of COVID-19 quarantine guidelines.
