Many of you use social media as an important channel to share COVID-19 information and resources with your community. Although DH has provided one-on-one social media management support to a few of you through technical assistance, we want to ensure everyone has access to social media best practices.
Our DH team put together a brief Social Media Workshop on the following topics: audience, goals, content strategy, community management, paid strategy (boosting posts) and tools & processes related to social media.
