The call center operates from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Mondays and 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Tuesday through Sunday and on observed state holidays. This hotline may be used to request Care Connect services, a program that provides food and other support to eligible individuals who are isolated at home after testing positive or being exposed to COVID-19. Language assistance is available to callers upon request.

Lastly, individuals seeking vaccine-specific information can text their zip code to 438-829 (GET VAX) for English or to 822-862 (VACUNA) for Spanish to identify vaccine locations in their area.
