DH and DOH are thrilled to invite you to the Community Partner Page. This is a space where partners can find program updates and news, an events calendar, campaign resources and a community partners list. We hope this page will make resources and opportunities to collaborate more accessible.
Each time we add new content to the page, you will be the first to know! We will share updates throughout the month in the Community Partner Newsletter, which you will receive by email.
What can I find on the Community Partner Page?
Program Updates & News: Find updates and news about the program and COVID-19 on the homepage. Updates will also be shared in the newsletter.
Partner Events Calendar: Also on the homepage, the partner events calendar is a great way to learn about the events partners are hosting as part of their campaigns. If you have an event to include on the calendar, reach out to your Outreach Coordinator (OC) or Technical Assistance Coordinator (TAC) with the details.
Campaign Resources: We recognize that keeping track of all the folders, links and resources for this project can be difficult and overwhelming, so we’ve compiled a bank of resources in one place. Select the Resources tab at the top of the page to access this bank.
Community Partners List: Connecting with your fellow community partners creates opportunities for collaboration and support. For a list of current and prior contracted partners, select the Partners tab at the top of the page. OCs and TACs can give you partners’ contact information and/or connect you with partners in your area.
