Comagine Health is partnering with three community-based organizations (CBOs) across the state to support a variety of community engagement activities with the goals of increasing screenings for vaccination and chronic disease and improving connections to related resources.
This project is one of 10 efforts funded by the Washington State Department of Health’s (DOH) COVID-19 Community-Driven Outreach project.
