Last week, Desautel Hege (DH) and the Washington State Department of Health (DOH) hosted a Technical Assistance (TA) Forum for Community-Driven Outreach (CDO) program partners and shared the following updates about COVID-19 resources.
DOH’s Care-a-Van program (CAV) continues to provide opportunities for community organizations to bring vaccines and resources to communities. The CAV program can provide a wide range of vaccines, including COVID-19, flu shots and childhood immunizations. Organizations can request CAV services here.
The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has also provided a media release with the latest COVID-19 vaccine guidance.
